高校干部人事档案专项审核工作探析

Probe on the Special Verification on College Cadres' Personnel Archives From the Perspective of Strict Rule over the Party

文章从"从严治党"的视角论述了高校干部人事档案专项审核工作的实际意义,梳理了高校干部人事档案专项审核工作中存在的突出问题,集中表现在档案管理意识薄弱、管理机制不健全、管理方式陈旧和档案管理人才队伍建设滞后四个方面,据此提出针对性的解决措施,以完善当前高校干部人事档案的专项审核工作。

This paper discusses the significance of the special verification on college cadres’ personnel archives from the perspective of Strict Rule over the Party as well as its existing prominent problems which mainly lie in the weakness of archives awareness , unsoundness of management mechanism, obsolescence of management style and backwardness of talent team construction. In virtue of this, some countermeasures are put forward to perfect the special verification on college cadres’ personnel archives.
