“一带一路”教育行动中教育援助可持续模式探析

On the sustainable implementation model of educational assistance program in "the Belt and road" education initialive

"丝绸之路"教育援助计划是《推进共建"一带一路"教育行动》的引领性举措。我国开展对外教育援助面临一系列挑战,这将不利于教育援助的可持续发展。教育援助计划应从政府支出最大化转向服务价值最大化,进入增进"一带一路"教育共同体人民福祉的可持续发展新阶段。我国应进一步加强核心理念支撑下的顶层设计,集群化发展汇集区域力量,建立教育援助评估检测体系等,面向受援国当地提供援助服务,促进受援国教育、经济和社会的可持续发展。

＂ The Silk Road＂ educational assistance program is a supportive measure for ＂Promoting the building of the Belt and Road Education Initiative＂.China′s foreign education assistance is facing a series of challenges,which will not be conducive to the sustainable development of education assistance.Education assistance program should maximize the value of government expenditure to service value and enter a new stage of sustainable development of the people′s well-being of ＂the Belt and Road＂.China should further strengthen the top-level design supported by the core concept,gather regional strength to cluster development,set up educational assistance assessment and testing system,provide assistance services to the recipient countries,and promote the sustainable development of the recipient countries＇ education,economy and society.
