摘要
在实施"中国制造2025"战略背景下,高等工程教育既要适应又要引领制造业转型发展的需要,着眼于自身的转型发展与人才培养范式变革。当前,我国高等教育范式转型是制造业发展以及科技进步对工科科技人才素质新要求的反映,也是从传统的工程科学范式向现代工程实践范式转变的过程。同时,高等工程教育范式转型必然要求人才培养模式从封闭走向开放,实践中主要表现为人才培养过程中学科专业的开放性、人才培养主体的开放性以及培养方式的开放性。
In the strategy background of implementation of "Made in China 2025",higher engineering education must adapt to and lead the needs of manufacturing industry transformation and development,focus on the reform of talent training mode.At present,the transformation of higher engineering education paradigm in China is a reflection of manufacturing industry development and new requirements for quality engineering technology talent with the technology progress,but also the process of paradigm shift from the traditional science paradigm to modern engineering practical paradigm.Meanwhile,higher engineering education paradigm transformation require inevitably transformation of talent cultivation mode from closure to open,which in practice represents mainly discipline opening in process of talent training,opening of training main body and the cultivation mode.
