就业生态位视角下高校学生就业影响因素研究

Study on the Influencing Factors of College Students' Employment from the Perspective of Employment Niche

高校扩招以来,高等教育"去精英化"使大学生就业形势日趋严峻,大学生就业问题已成为社会普遍关注热点之一。本文从就业生态位视角出发,构建分析模型,并运用生态位理论,提出大学生培养过程宜采取的各项策略,可供高校相关部门为大学生就业提供相关指导。

Since the expansion of higher education, the ＂ deelitism＂ of higher education has made the employment situation of college students more and more serious, and the employment of college students has become one of the hot spots of public concern. This paper from the perspective of employment niche of constructing the analysis model, and using the niche theory, put forward the process of cultivating college students should adopt the strategy, for the relevant departments in colleges and universities to provide employment guidance for college students.
