高校共青团推进青年就业创业工作初探

The Preliminary Study on Promoting Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship by the Communist Youth League of Colleges and Universities

高校共青团积极响应习总书记有关青年发展的系列讲话,认真贯彻《中长期青年发展规划(2016-2025年)》政策要求,其在推进青年就业创业工作方面有着举足轻重的作用。高校共青团应根据自身的责任与优势,从提高自身就业创业理论积淀、更新青年就业创业理念、搭建青年见习就业基地、寻求社会力量帮助、提高青年自身的实践能动性五方面出发,紧跟时代发展,直面社会需求,积极推进青年就业创业工作。

Communist Youth League of colleges and universities energetically responds to the series of speeches on youth development by President, earnestly implements the policy requirements of ＂ medium and long term youth development plan （2016-2025） ＂,which plays an important role in promoting youth employment and entrepreneurship. In accordance with their own responsibilities and advantages, the Communist Youth League of colleges and universities, starting from the following five aspects： improving their own employment and entrepreneurship theory, renewing the concept of youth employment and entrepreneurship, setting up the youth internship and employment base, seeking social forces to help them, and improving their own practical initiative, keeps up with the development of the times, faces the needs of society, and actively promotes youth employment and entrepreneurship.
