高校基层院系学生党建与学生工作联合开展的对策分析

An Analysis on the Countermeasures to Joint Implementation between Students' Party Construction and Students' Work in Primary Departments of University

学生党建和学生工作是高校育人工作的重要组成部分,在基层院系中,做好党建工作的同时加强学生工作的实施,有助于实现育人效果的最大化。当前,虽然在学校层面已经对党建工作和学生工作的联合进行了一定程度的重视和规划,但是在具体实施的过程中仍然表现出缺乏紧密联系,带动与帮助能力不足等方面的问题,应该以创新方法、加强学生党建工作和理想信念教育推动学生工作进程、加强相互联动等措施保证基层院系学生党建与学生工作联合开展的实效。

Students ＇ Party construction and students ＇ work play crucial roles in cultivating work in colleges and universities. To build the Party well in the primary departments and reinforce students＇ work will contribute to maximum education efficiency. Currently, although the school has attached great importance and set up a program to the joint implementation between students’ Party construction and work, some problems like the shortage of close relation together with the deficiency of leading and assisting competences still occur in the process of concrete implementation. It is suggested that some measures like the innovative methods, the promotion of students ’ work process by means of reinforcing students ’ Party building work and the education of ideals and convictions as well as the mutual interaction strengthening can guarantee the efficiency of joint implementation between students’ Party construction and students’ work in primary departments of universities.
