摘要
本文采用宏观检查、壁厚检测、外径、硬度测量及焊缝无损检测的方法,结合实际工况在检修期间对某输油站一台在役原油加热炉炉管进行了检测及综合评价,通过评价认为该加热炉炉管表面有结焦、氧化爆皮现象,但无过热、蠕变迹象,未发现超标裂纹缺陷,因此仍能满足安全使用的要求。
By means of macroscopic examination, thickness measurement, diameter detection, hardness test and nondestructive testing, combined with the actual condition, detection and evaluation was conducted for the boiler tube of in-service crude tubular furnace during the maintenance. According to analysis, it reveals that the boiler tube has coking on the surface, without overheating, creep signs or crack damage which is still able to meet the safety requirements.
