一种湿固性聚氨酯涂层制备与性能研究

摘要 湿固性聚氨酯涂料由2,2’-(4,4’-)二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI-50)与聚乙二醇(PEG-1000)合成。MDI-50与PEG-1000最佳质量比为2:1。实验测得的涂层的硬度、抗冲击、柔韧性、耐盐雾性、耐酸蚀、抗老化等性能较好,其附着力,耐碱蚀等性能一般。 The MDI-50 and PEG-1000 are the main raw materials for the moisture-cured one-component polyurethane coating. The results in this paper show that, when m(MDI-50) : m(PEG-1000)=2:1,the comprehensive performance of the polyurethane coating reaches the optimal. And the hardness, impact resistance, fiexibility, salt spray resistance, acid corrosion resistance and anti-aging, of the moisture-cured one-component polyurethane coating, are better, but its adhesion and alkali corrosion resistance are in general.
