核电站运行初期不锈钢锈蚀案例与应对

摘要 在一般情况下,不锈钢材料具有良好的的耐腐蚀性,在核电站的厂房结构、系统设备中有着广泛的应用;但核电站设备运行工况、环境复杂,在某些特殊情况下,此材料不但不能有效的抵抗腐蚀,而且还会出现诸如点蚀、缝隙腐蚀、应力腐蚀、晶间腐蚀等现象,而随着腐蚀的发展,引起的设备失效会给工程带来重大的安全隐患。本文主要介绍在核电站工程建设阶段及运行初期不锈钢材质的典型腐蚀现象,对不锈钢防腐工作的开展提出一些建议。 Under normal circumstances, stainless steel material has good corrosion resistance,in plant construction of nuclear power plants、system equipment has a wide range of applications;However,nuclear power plant equipment operating conditions,the environment is complex.In some special circumstances,this material is not only not effective against corrosion,and there will be such things as pitting、crevice corrosion、stress corrosion、intergranular corrosion and so on. With the development of corrosion, equipment failure caused the project will bring significant security risks. This paper describes typical corrosion in nuclear power plant construction phase and initial operation of stainless steel, some suggestions to carry out work on stainless steel corrosion.
