酸碱氛围中不锈钢在线防腐

摘要 铬元素提高了不锈钢的电极电位,使得不锈钢较难被腐蚀。不锈钢受本身材质和环境条件两方面的共同作用会发生腐蚀。本文介绍了三门核电常规岛酸碱氛围中不锈钢的防腐措施:使用除盐水洗-60目砂纸打磨-清洗剂清洗的表面处理方式,并在表面处理完成后涂装纯环氧底漆、酚醛环氧高温漆和聚氨酯面漆的涂料体系。 The chromium element increases the electrode potential of the stainless steel, which making the stainless steel more difficult to be corroded. Stainless steel is corroded by two aspects of its own material and environmental conditions. This paper introduces the anticorrosive measure of stainless steel in acid and alkali atmosphere of SMNPC. The surface treatment method is to use desalted water to wash -60 mesh sand paper and special cleaning agent for cleaning. After finishing the surface treatment, the coating system of pure epoxy primer, phenolic epoxy high temperature paint and polyurethane finish is applied.
