前大——松原分输站输气管线外腐蚀状况检测与评价

摘要 埋地钢质管道因为所处环境介质和输送介质的特性,会因腐蚀而失效,管线腐蚀失效多来自于外腐蚀。通过对管道外腐蚀状况进行检测和评估,可以为制定科学合理的维修计划提供依据,大大减少或避免事故的发生。前大分输站至松原分输站天然气输气管线,始建于1995年,经过10余年的运行已经频频发生腐蚀穿孔泄露事件,本文介绍了该管线的外腐蚀调查情况,分析了引起腐蚀的原因和机理,并提出处理意见。 Due to the characteristics of the environment medium and the transport medium, buried steel pipes will be functionally failed by corrosion. Pipeline corrosion failure mostly from external corrosion. Detecting and assessing the pipeline’s external corrosion situation can provide a basis for formulating a scientific and reasonable maintenance plan and greatly reduce or avoid the accident. Qian Da Sub-station to Song Yuan Sub-station gas transmission pipeline, founded in 1995, has been frequent occurrence of corrosion and perforation leaks after more than 10 years of operation. This thesis introduces the external corrosion investigation of the pipeline, and analyzes the causes and mechanisms of corrosion and puts forward suggestions accordingly.
