摘要
【目的】描述分布在广东省雷州半岛鳍虾虎鱼属的一中国新纪录种湖栖鳍虾虎鱼(Gobiopterus lacustris)。【方法】用体视显微镜对样品进行拍照,用cell Sens Standard软件测量样本各形态学测量指标;依据线粒体Cytb基因以邻接法构建鳍虾虎鱼属系统发育树。【结果】该虾虎鱼半透明、无色或淡黄色等体色特征与大鳞鳍虾虎鱼(G.macrolepis)最为相似,与后者明显区别的特征为:从第2背鳍和臀鳍起点处的鳞片向前凸出,呈"<"状(vs.第1排纵列鳞排列整齐,呈"\");雄鱼上颌具犬齿9对,下颌后半部有小犬齿8对(vs.雄鱼上颌具犬齿11对,下颌后半部有小犬齿9对);纵列鳞19~21(vs.17~19),横列鳞5(vs.5~6);胸鳍条13(vs.14),尾鳍主鳍条13(vs.14);鳍上有斑点(vs各鳍均无斑纹)。鳍虾虎鱼属4个物种间的系统发育树表明,新纪录种与湄公河鳍虾虎鱼(G.chuno)亲缘关系最近,与半饰鳍虾虎鱼(G.semivestita)亲缘关系最远。【结论】雷州半岛分布的鳍虾虎鱼的形态参数及Cytb分子结果均显示其为中国新纪录种。
【Objectives】To report a newly recorded goby, Gobiopterus lacustris, found in Leizhou Peninsula, Guangdong Province, China.【Methods】Pictures were taken using the OLYMPUS SZX7 stereoscopic microscope and then measured with cell Sens Standard software. In addition, based on 1 141 based pairs(bp) of mitochondrial cytochrome b sequences, we had constructed the phylogenetic tree and studied their relationships using NJ method among 4 species of the genus Gobiopterus.【Results】The color of this species was semi-translucent, colorless or light yellow similar to G. macrolepis. There were differences between them in a number of ways. From the starting point of the second dorsal and anal fins of the scale protrudes forward was in "〈" shape(vs. from the first dorsal to the genital papilla was neat, forward was in "/" shape); the males have 9 pairs of canines in the upper jaw and 8 pairs of smaller canine-like teeth in the hind part of the lower jaw(vs. males with 11 pairs of canines in the upper jaw and 9 pairs of smaller canine-like teeth in the hind part of the lower jaw); longitudinal scale series 19–21(vs. 17–19); transverse scale series 5(vs. 5–6); pectoral fin rays 12–13(vs. 14); the main caudal fin13(vs. 14); there were spots on the fins(vs. without spots). G. lacustris andG. chuno are in the closest relationship, and the G. semivestita is the farthest.【Conclusion】According to morphological parameters and Cytb molecular results, G. lacustris in Leizhou peninsula is a new record in China.
