摘要
为提高气田离心泵的运转率,满足气田开发的需要,从离心泵的设计、材质、易损件、工作介质、润滑、安装、密封、运行、维护等方面分析了泵的技术特点,针对离心泵现场出现的问题,制定了相应的技术对策,并建议:离心泵在安装后要注重规范作业和定期维护保修;根据泵的使用要求及特点,及时制定管理制度、操作规程及操作指导卡,以确保离心泵的安全平稳运行。
For centrifugal pumps, to improve their operating rate and to meet the demand of gasfield development, we analyzed some technological features from aspects of pump' design, material,quick-wear part, working media, lubricant, installing, seal, operation, and maintenance. Moreover, some countermeasures were made. And two suggestions were also put forward, including(1) to emphasize standardized operation and periodical maintenance after pump installment; and(2) to draw up management system, operational rule, and guiding card in order to guarantee a safe and stable operation.
