摘要
针对油气调控中心在远控过程中对大部分分输用户手动操作开关阀占用大量工作资源的问题,介绍了天然气长输管道分输站场用户远控自动分输技术特点及其用户分类,阐述了管道分输站场计量、调压区典型工艺流程。以北京油气调控中心所辖的长输管道为例,分析天然气远控自动分输技术以及自动分输中应注意的事项,并提出对计量、调压支路的远控自动改造方案,以更好地保障管道的安全、平稳、高效运行。
In a control center, on-off valves are manually operated for most offtake users by remote control so to spend a lot of workload. So, this study first illustrates a technology of automatic offtake designed for offtake stations of long-distance natural-gas pipeline and some types of offtake users; and then demonstrates metering in the stations and process flow in a pressure-regulating area; thirdly takes one long-distance pipeline subordinated by Beijing Oil and Gas Control Center as an example, and analyzes the application of automatic offtake and some warnings; at last proposes a scheme to reform an automatic remote control of metering and pressure-regulating branch in order to keep pipeline a safe, stable, and high efficient running.
