摘要 黄河上游梯级水电站运行已形成龙羊峡-刘家峡两库联合调度运行的格局,特别是梯级洪水调度。龙羊峡水库投运以来长期低水位运行,汛期运行水位至汛期限制水位之间的空闲库容可以拦蓄部分洪水,可为刘家峡水库在汛期超汛限水位运行所用。在满足龙-刘安全度汛、梯级电站及兰州市防洪要求的前提下,根据龙羊峡-刘家峡水库联合防洪调度规则、泄量判别方式等,对黄河上游1964、1967年典型洪水进行调洪演算。结果表明:在龙羊峡水库汛期限制水位2 588.00 m时,刘家峡水库汛期限制水位由1 727.00 m最高可提升至1 730.00 m,同时水电站可多发电量0.471亿k Wh,具有一定的发电效益。 The joint dispatching operation of Longyangxia and Liujiaxia reservoirs in the cascade hydropower stations at upstream of the Yellow River is established especially the flood dispatching operation. Since it operated,the Longyangxia reservoir has been operating at lower level in a long term. The free capacity of the reservoir from the operation level at flood season to the limit level at flood season could be utilized by the operation of the Liujiaxia reservoir at extra limit level in flood season. In precondition of satisfying requirements on safety operation of the Longyangxia and Liujiaxia reservoirs,on flood control of the cascade stations and of Lanzhou Municipality as well as in accordance with the joint despatching rules of the two reservoirs for flood control,and as per flood discharge determination,the flood regulating computation on the typical floods at the upper Yellow river in 1964 and 1967 is performed. The computation represents that,when the limit level of the Longyangxia reservoir in flood season is at 2 588.00 m,the limit level of the Liujiaxia reservoir in flood season can be increased from 1 727.00 m to 1 730.00 m. Accordingly,47.1 GWh electricity can be generated additionally from this level increase.
