摘要
从小型病险水库的成因、问题及相应的解决措施出发,探讨了传统水库安全评价中存在的不足,建立了以层次分析法为基础的水库安全评价的定量评价模型,可根据得到的量化指标结果,判定水库的病险严重程度,从而为以后小型水库除险加固工程决策提供理论和技术上的支持。
In view of causes,issues and solution of the small-scaled reservoirs,insufficiency in the conventional reservoir safety assessment is explored and the quantitative assessment model for the reservoir safety assessment is built based on analytic hierarchy process as well. From the quantitative indexes derived,the defect and risk degree of reservoirs is determined,which provides the making-decision of the risk elimination and reinforcement works of the small-scaled reservoirs with theoretical and technical support.
