摘要
采用化学分析的方法对不同水胶比、不同溶蚀龄期的砂浆试件进行了抗溶出型侵蚀试验研究,并对水胶比各因素与试件Ca O的累积溶出比例的关系进行了分析。结果表明:在软水溶蚀环境下,砂浆中的Ca2+持续溶出,在一定时间内Ca O累计溶出比例维持一定斜率持续增长,而水胶比越大,Ca O累计溶出比例也越大,说明试件对于溶出型侵蚀的耐久性越差。
By application of the chemical analyzing method,tests on erosion against dissolution of mortar members with different water-cementitious ratio and different erosion age are studied. Relationship between factors of water-cementititious ratio and the accumulated dissolution proportion of Ca O is analyzed. The study and analysis demonstrate that Ca2+in mortar continues dissolving in softening water erosion condition. Within certain time,proportion of the accumulated Ca O maintains increasing at a gradient. The higher the water-cementititious ratio is,the higher the proportion of the accumulated Ca O is. Namely,durability of the test member to the dissolution erosion is lower.
