白鹤滩水电站泄洪洞工作弧门流激振动模型试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 工作弧门在高水头运行条件下的流激振动问题及运行安全一直是设计、科研及运行单位关注的焦点,对大尺寸三支臂型式的工作弧门研究较少。以白鹤滩水电站泄洪洞工作弧门为研究对象,按水弹性相似准则研制了比尺为1:28工作弧门的水弹性相似模型。通过模型试验及数值计算分析研究工作弧门的模态特性和流激振动响应特性。研究结果表明:研制的工作弧门水弹性模型具有良好的动力相似特性,试验模态参数与数值计算结果吻合较好,利用该工作弧门水弹性相似模型能够更直接的测量分析弧门的流激振动响应特性,为三支臂弧门的设计和运行提供技术支持。该研究成果可为类似工程工作弧门的结构优化设计及运行提供参考。 The problem of flow-induced vibration of operating radial gates against high water head is always the focus of design, research and operation units. There are few studies on large-sized three-arm operating radial gates. In this paper,the operating radial gate of the spillway tunnel in Baihetan hydropower station was taken as the research object. Based on the hydro-elasticity similarity criterion, a 1/28 gate model was built. Through the model testing and the numerical calculation and analysis, the modal characteristics and the vibration characteristics of the gate were obtained. The results show that the model gate has good dynamic similarity characteristics, and the experimental modal parameters are in good agreement with the numerical calculation results. Using the elastic similarity gate model, the flow vibration response characteristics of the gate can be directly measured and analyzed. The research results provide technical supports for the design and application of the three-arm radial gates and a reference for structural optimization design and operation of similar gates.
