摘要 针对船舶中间轴承的结构及特点,采用有限元分析方法,利用ANSYS软件对船舶中间轴承进行有限元建模与仿真,计算应力与应变的函数关系,根据得到的函数关系对轴承载荷进行识别,该技术简单可行,可操作性强,可作为船舶轴承载荷校核的有力手段。 Aiming at the structure and characteristics of the marine intermediate bearing, a finite element model of the intermediate bearing is built and simulated by using the ANSYS software. The functional relationship between stress and strain of marine intermediate bearing is calculated. The load of intermediate bearing is identified according to the functional relationship. The proposed method is easy, convenient, and practicable. It can be severed as an important approach to identify the load of the intermediate bearing.
