三相异步电机激励力反演及实验验证

摘要 针对三相异步电机内部真实激励源数量多和分布复杂的问题,提出采用等效源代替真实激励源进行载荷识别的思路,并以机脚振动输出为目标对等效源的数量和位置进行研究,基于振动响应对转子轴承力和电磁激励力进行了反演,并通过实验进行了验证。结果表明该方法的等效源可以有效反映真实激励源的作用效果,且辨识的激励力的误差均在5 d B以下,满足工程应用要求。 In order to solve the problem of multiple excitation sources and their complex distribution inside the threephase asynchronous motors, the idea of using equivalent sources to replace the real excitation sources for load identification was proposed. With the vibration output of the machine base as the target, the number and distribution of the equivalent sources were studied. The rotor bearing force and electromagnetic excitation force were retrieved based on the vibration response and verified by experiments. The results show that the equivalent sources proposed in this method can effectively reflect the effect of the real excitation sources, and the error of the identified excitation is below 5 d B, meeting the requirements of engineering application.
