摘要
调制谱分析在旋转机械的故障部位的判断及损伤程度的评定中起着重要作用。本文使用两种不同的方法,希尔波特变换解调法和基于两次FFT法计算三维调制谱,也就是调制频率、幅值或调制率、载波频率或时间轴的关系图。同时,开发了相关的应用软件并利用两个正弦合成信号验证了两种方法的有效性。
Modulation analysis plays an important role in judging the fault location and damage degree of the failure for rotation machines. In this paper, the method of Hilbert transmission demodulation and the method based on twice FFT were used to calculate the 3 D modulation spectrums, i.e. the relationship diagrams of the modulation frequency, modulation amplitude, modulation rate, and carrier frequency/time. Meanwhile, applicable software was developed and the effectiveness of the two analysis methods was verified.
