摘要
变频器供电引起的永磁电机高频(10 k Hz^20 k Hz)振动噪声,其振动量级较大,掌握其振动特性对于电机低振动噪声设计具有指导意义,但现有加速度计由于频率范围限制难以满足高频振动测试需要。首先,通过加速度计的工作原理分析,明确其工作频率范围及影响因素;其次,通过调研对比以选购合适型号的高频加速度计,并确定其最佳安装方式及校准方法;最终,利用高频加速度计对电机高频振动进行测试,并通过测试结果分析指出高频加速度计准确测试的适用范围。本文试验数据准确可靠,可为变频器供电引起的高频振动特性研究奠定基础,具有工程实用价值。
The high frequency vibration noise of permanent magnet motors induced by inverter power supply has very large vibration magnitude. Mastering its vibration characteristics has a guiding significance for the design of low noise motors. However, the existing accelerometers have a difficulty to satisfy the needs of the high frequency vibration test due to their frequency range limit. In this paper, through the analysis of the working principle of accelerometers, their available frequency range and influencing factors are known. Then, on the basis of comparative investigation, the suitable types of the high frequency accelerometers are chosen and the best methods of installation and calibration are determined. Finally, the high frequency vibration of motors is tested by using the high frequency accelerometers. And the pertinent frequency range for accurate testing of the high frequency accelerometers is put forward. This work has an engineering practical value and can be used as a basis for the study of high frequency vibration characteristics caused by inverters.
