摘要
对某型兆瓦级风力发电机齿轮箱进行车间振动试验,获得该型齿轮箱在试验室环境下的振动特性;利用多体动力学软件建立该型齿轮箱的详细动力学模型,并模拟试验工况进行动力学仿真分析。通过对比振动试验与动力学仿真的结果表明,动力学仿真能很好地模拟齿轮箱的振动特性,可进一步用于振动故障机理及弹性支撑选型的研究。
The vibration characteristics of the gearbox of a MW wind turbine were obtained by the vibration experiment in the workshop. The dynamic model of the gearbox was built by using multi-body dynamics software, and the analysis was carried out by simulating the experimental conditions. The comparison of the results of vibration experiment and dynamic simulation shows that the dynamic simulation can well simulate the vibration characteristics of the gearbox.The dynamic model can be used for further study on the vibration fault mechanism and elastic support selection.
