翻转课堂模式在大学英语写作教学中的应用研究

The Application of the Flipped Classroom Model in College English Writing

大学英语写作是中国学生公认的较难掌握的语言技能之一,大数据时代为大学英语写作教学带来了新的机遇。设计以Moodle为平台的翻转课堂,构建写作教学的"1+2+3"模式——即"一平台二主体三模块"教学模式,并将其用于大学英语写作教学,对提高学生的写作策略使用意识具有积极作用。实验表明,和传统教学模式相比,翻转课堂模式更有助于提高学生的写作策略使用频率,尤其是对于写作水平不高的学生,这种差异具有显著性。与传统教学模式相比,翻转课堂模式在资源供给,认知方式,知识建构,评估机制方面都给大学英语写作教学带来了改革性的变化。

College English writing is commonly considered as a difficult skill in English learning. The application of the flipped classroom with Moodle platform and the ＂ 1 ＋ 2 ＋ 3＂ teaching model in college English writing has positive effect on the learners＇ use of writing strategies. Compared with the traditional teaching model,it is proved through the experiment that the flipped classroom model is helpful for the learners to use the writing strategies,especially for those with a low writing ability. The flipped classroom model brings transformative changes to teaching resources,recognition model,knowledge construction and evaluation system.
