基于AHP—熵权的三穗县M乡特色扶贫产业减贫效应评价

Evaluation on Effect of Poverty Reduction about Poverty-Reducing Industries with Special Characteristics in M Town of Sansui County According to the Entropy Weight Method by AHP

针对M乡4类特色扶贫产业的减贫效应进行评价,为M乡特色扶贫产业政策和发展规划的制定提供参考。借鉴已有研究,以多维贫困理论作为理论基础,结合M乡特色扶贫产业发展特点,构建M乡特色扶贫产业减贫效应的评价指标体系,基于2016年的截面数据,运用AHP-熵权法对M乡4类特色扶贫产业的减贫效应进行实证分析。4类特色扶贫产业减贫效应由高到低依次是稻鱼、竹鼠、樱桃和葡萄,前两类产业的减贫效应明显高于后两类产业。根据研究结果,结合M乡地区实际,拟建议M乡在今后重点发展稻鱼、竹鼠和樱桃三类特色扶贫产业。

In order to provide reference for the development of M town about poverty alleviation in industrial policies and development plans,the effect of poverty reduction of the four types of poverty alleviation industries with special characteristics in M was evaluated. Multidimensional poverty theory is used as a theoretical basis in term of existing research. According to the developing characteristics,the construction of the evaluation index system and the cross-sectional data in 2016 about special poverty alleviation industries in M Town,the Entropy Weight Method by AHP is used,which aims to conduct empirical analysis of the poverty reduction effect of four types of poverty alleviation industries in M town. The poverty reduction effects of the four types of poverty alleviation industries from high to low are fishes living in rice field,bamboo rats,cherries and grapes. The former two types of industries are significantly higher in poverty reduction effect than the latter two types of industries. According to the results of the research and combination with the reality of M town areas,it is therefore hoped that M Town should focus on the development of three types of characteristic poverty-reducing industries including fishes living in rice field,bamboo rats and cherries in the coming years.
