摘要
探讨长河坝水电站大坝过渡料及岸坡过渡料填筑质量检测方法,得出填料的最小干密度和最大干密度随着P5含量增减而变化,最大干密度与含水率关系密切,无凝聚性粗粒填料只有在充分加水时其压实性最佳。提出了填料最小干密度和最大干密度的回归计算公式。大坝上下游堆石料、过渡料及岸坡过渡料填筑质量检测统计评定各项检测指标合格率均较高,质量总体处于良好受控状态。各料填筑干密度、相对密度和孔隙率频率曲线基本呈正态分布,符合土料填筑压实的一般规律。
The exploration of the filling quality monitoring method of the dam and slope transition material of the Changheba hydropower station reveals that the minimum dry density and the maximum dry density of the filling material both vary with the P5 content, the maximum dry density is closely related with water content and the cohesionless coarse filling material can obtain its optimvim compactness only when it receives enough water. The regression formula is proposed for calculating the minimum dry density and the maximum dry density of the filling material. The filling quality monitoring statistical assessment of the upstream and downstream rock fill, transition material and slope transition material of the dam indicates that all of the test indexes are up to standard and the filling quality is under control as a whole. The dry density, the relative density and the porosity frequency curves of all the filling materials are basically distributed properly, conforming with the general law of compaction of soil filling material.
