摘要
散体材料的颗粒级配变化会在很大程度上影响散体材料的物理力学变形性能;根据金沙江梨园水电站左岸砂砾材料性能研究,通过原位及室内试验,研究了该砂砾料碾压前后的破碎情况及其对物理力学特性的影响,并分析确定了该砂砾料的破碎主要发生在颗粒直径2~10mm之间,碾压后颗粒破碎导致砂砾料的不均匀系数提高、压缩模量降低、三轴摩尔曲线发生偏转、渗透变形性能劣化;旨在研究颗粒破碎对砂砾料物理力学变形性能的影响。
The change of grain composition of the bulk material will affect the physical and mechanical deformation properties of the bulk material to a great extent. According to the research on the performance of the sand-gravel material located on the left bank of the Liyuan Hydropower Station on the Jinsha River, the crushing condition of the sand-gravel material before and after roller compaction and its effect on physical and mechanical properties of the sand-gravel material were studied through both prototype and laboratory test. The study shows that the crushing of the sand-gravel material mainly occurs between grain size 2mm and 10mm in diameter. The grain crushing after roller compaction leads to increase of the non-uniformity coefficient and decrease of compressibility modulus of the sand-gravel, thus resulted in deflection of the three-axis molar curve and deterioration of the permeability deformation of the sand-gravel material. The purpose of this paper is to study the effect of grain crushing on the physical and mechanical deformation properties of sand and gravel material.
