基于VIKOR和相对熵的多属性决策排序方法——以贵州省地州本科高校图书馆为例

Multi-attribute Decision Making Sorting Method Based on VIKOR and Relative Entropy:Case Study of Local University Libraries in Guizhou

[目的/意义]旨在为高校图书馆科研能力综合评价提供参考。[方法/过程]以"中国知网(CNKI)"为引文分析工具,对2010—2017年间9所贵州地州本科高校图书馆的论文总数、h指数、总被引次数、篇均被引次数、论文被引率5个指标进行计量统计。建立VIKOR和相对熵的多属性决策排序模型,对上述高校图书馆的科研能力进行排序。[结果/结论]所建的多属性决策排序模型能够正确反映贵州省地州本科高校图书馆的科研能力。该研究不仅丰富了属性的赋权方法,而且丰富了高校图书馆在科研评价中的决策方法。

[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide reference for comprehensive evaluation on research ability by university libraries. [Method/process]The paper takes CNKI as a citation analysis tool, make quantitative statistics on articles number, h index,total cited frequency, cited frequency per article, and cited rate in 2010-2017 from local university libraries in Guizhou, sets up a sorting model based on multi-attribute decision making, and sorts the university libraries according to their research ability. [Result/conclusion]The model can exactly reflect the research ability of each university library. The results not only enrich weighting methods, but also enrich decision making method on research ability evaluation.
