精准扶贫财政专项资金使用存在问题研究

随着国家不断加大精准扶贫工作力度,财政专项资金投入逐年递增,精准扶贫工作成效不断显现。然而新时代我国的精准扶贫工作仍然面临着众多挑战,就财政专项资金支持精准扶贫工作来说,各地财政仍存在一些实际问题需要研究解决,本文研究的意义在于找出存在问题的症结并提出有针对性的解决措施和建议,从而推动精准扶贫工作更快发展。

As China constantly strengthens the poverty alleviation work and the special purpose fund increases year by year, the progress is appearing gradually. But as far as the special purpose fund for the poverty alleviation is concerned, China is still faced with many challenges in the new era. Besides, there are still some practical problems to be solved in the fiscal area in various regions. The research significance of this article lies in finding the crucial reasons for the existing problems, putting forward some measures and suggestions and consequently promoting the faster development of the poverty alleviation.
