布地奈德、沙丁胺醇联合应用在心脏术后呼吸道并发症的疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of budesonide combined with albuterol on respiratory complications after cardiac surgery

目的探讨将布丁奈德与沙丁胺醇联合应用对防治心脏手术后呼吸道并发症的疗效。方法选取兰州军区兰州总医院心胸外科在2014年1月至2016年1月收治的心脏手术患者80例,将其随机均分为治疗组和对照组。2组均给予常规治疗,治疗组于术后早期给予布丁奈德与沙丁胺醇联合雾化吸入。结果治疗组与对照组呼吸道并发症发生率(7.5%vs.35.0%,P<0.05);呼吸机使用时间[(24.0±9.8)h vs.(35.0±12.1)h,P<0.05];重症监护病房住院时间[(4.2±1.8)d vs.(5.1±2.3)d,P<0.05]比较,差异有统计学意义。结论心脏术后早期联用布丁奈德与沙丁胺醇雾化吸入,可减少术后肺部并发症,缩短呼吸机使用时间与重症监护病房住院时间。

Objectives To explore the efficacy of combined application of budesonide and salbutamol in preventionand treatment of respiratory complications after cardiac surgery. Methods We randomly divided 80 patients intotreatment group and control group,who accepted cardiac surgery in Lanzhou Military General Hospital from January2014 to January 2016. Both groups were treated with conventional treatment,and patients in treatment group were givena combination of budesonide and salbutamol in the early stage of the post-operation. Results Incidence of respiratorycomplications（7.5% vs. 35.0%,P〈0.05）;duration of ventilator[（24.0±9.8）h vs.（35.0±12.1）h,P〈0.05];duration ofintensive care unit（ICU）stay[（4.2±1.8）d vs.（5.1±2.3）d,P〈0.05]between treatment group and control group hadsignificant differences. Conclusions Inhalation of budesonide with salbutamol in the early stage of cardiac surgerycould reduce the postoperative complications,shorten duration of ventilator and duration of ICU stay.
