摘要
随着我国科学技术的发展和进步,机械零件的制造技术在不断地更新发展。薄壁零件具有质量轻、节约材料的特点,在各个工业生产中普遍得到应用。同时薄壁零件也存在刚度较低的情况,在加工的过程中很容易出现变形的情况。部分零件的精度要求非常高,在加工过程中,任何一个环节的失误都会造成零件出现瑕疵,导致加工零件的精度降低,最终造成成品不能满足加工的要求。文章对薄壁零件的机械加工工艺进行相应的探究,希望能够促进薄壁零件加工工艺水平的提高。
With the development of our country science and technology development and technology, manufacturing technology of mechanical parts are constantly updated. The development of thin-walled parts has the advantages of light weight, saving materials, it has been widely used in various industrial production. At the same time there are thin-walled parts of lower stiffness, deformation happens easily in processing in the process of zero price schedule. Some requirements are very high, in the process, any link failures are due to parts of defects, resulting in processing parts of the schedule is reduced, resulting in the product does not meet the requirement of machining. The machining technology of thin-walled parts corresponding to the inquiry, hoping to promote the thin part processing technology level improvement.
