摘要 浸渍工艺是溶胶-凝胶工艺制备石英纤维增强石英复合材料中的重要技术,浸渍的效率和浸渍程度对于产品的周期和产品的性能有着重要的影响。文章简要介绍了硅溶胶的浸渍过程及机理,综述了影响浸渍效率和浸渍程度的因素,包括编织体结构、硅溶胶浓度、浸渍压力等,并对浸渍工艺的优化进行了展望。 Impregnation technology plays an important role in sol-gel process, which prepares the quartz fiber reinforced silica composites. Impregnation effciency and the degree of impregnation has an infuence on the fabrication period and the performance of product respectively. In this article, the process and mechanism of silica sol impregnation are introduced. What is more, the factors which influence the impregnation efficiency and the degree of impregnation, including fabric structures,the concentration of silica sol, the impregnation pressure and so on are discussed. In the end, the future technology upon impregnation is expected.
