摘要
FGD湿法烟气脱硫工艺是脱硫行业中应用最多的工艺种类之一,该工艺涉及物理反应、化学反应等多种复杂反应。通过对湿法烟气脱硫技术的研究,旨在解析脱硫过程中的反应机理,分析pH、烟气SO_2的浓度、液气比等因素对系统脱硫效率的影响,分析各子系统的主要功能及控制方式,优化系统性能,提高系统运行稳定性。
FGD wet flue gas desulfurization process is one of the most widely used processes in desulfurization industry.This process involves a variety of complex reactions, such as physics reactions and chemistry reactions.Based on the study of wet fue gas desulfurization technology, the purpose is to analyze the reaction mechanism in the desulfurization process, analyze the infuence of pH value, SO2 concentration of fue gas and liquid gas ratio on the desulfurization effciency of the system, and analyze the main functions and control modes of each subsystem, optimize the system performance, and improve the operation stability of the system.
