主从式测控总线设计应用

Design and application of master slave measurement and control bus

根据现代化生产现场中网络化数据传输需要,文章提出无线现场总线方案,基于单片机进行设计,通过无线RS485总线,把生产线中各台仪器仪表的数据传输到PC机终端,实现生产现场的网络化管理。无线通信中使用了TH7122无线传输芯片,并根据该芯片的可编程模式进行了具体设计和编程。最后,通过RS232串行接口无线RS485总线和PC机连接起来整合成一个系统,最终实现设计目的。

According to the needs of network data transmission in modern production field, this paper presents a wireless fieldbus scheme, which is designed based on single chip microcomputer. Through wireless RS485 bus, the data of each instrument and instrument in the production line are transmitted to the PC terminal, and the network management of the production site is realized. TH7122 wireless transmission chip is used in wireless communication and is designed and programmed according to the programmable mode of the chip.Finally, through the RS232 string, the line interface wireless RS485 bus and PC are connected together into a system, and the design goal is fnally realized.
