在工业生产的过程中,焊接是一种最为常见的操作内容,但在执行实际生产工作的时候,焊工也常常会面对焊接变形的问题。在进一步的分析中发现,造成焊接形变的问题较为多样化,要想对这方面的内容进行合理控制及预防,那么需要结合实际情况利用多种焊接变形的实例,研究整体的控制方法,这样才能取得理想的焊接工艺。文章对焊接变形的控制及预防措施进行了研究。

Welding is one of the most common operating contents in industrial production, but welders often face the problem of welding deformation when carrying out actual production work. The problems of welding deformation are diversified. In order to control and prevent the welding deformation reasonably, it is necessary to study the overall control method by using various welding deformation examples according to the actual situation. In this way, the ideal welding process can be achieved. The control and prevention measures of welding deformation are studied in this paper.
