摘要
为提高动态称重的高效性和稳定性,实现货运车辆车载动态称重,设计了基于应变式传感器的同步采集系统。同步采集系统由采集器和通信协议构成。采集器以STM8S003单片机为核心,使用HX711作为A/D转换芯片,使用RS485作为通信接口,做了采集器的软硬件设计,以及基于RS485的分时通信方案,并且进行了有关测试。
In order to improve the efficiency and stability of dynamic weighing and realize the on-board dynamic weighing of freight vehicles,a synchronous acquisition system based on strain sensors is designed.The Synchronous acquisition system consists of collector and communication protocol.The Collector uses STM8 S003 microcontroller as the core and HX711 as A/D converter chip,and the RS485 as the communication interface.The collector hardware and software are designed,and the RS485 time-sharing communication program is proposed,and the test is carried out.
