Dilemma and Breakthrough of Henan Rural Music Culture Construction

在加快河南省新农村建设过程中,应该充分发挥农村音乐文化的积极作用。针对当前河南农村音乐文化建设面临的管理机制混乱、发展模式落后、音乐人才匮乏与音乐创作贫瘠等问题,应通过建立起科学有效管理机制、形成产业化发展模式、丰富音乐创作方式、提供坚实的人才保障等措施,破解当下的困境,促进河南省农村音乐文化更好更快发展。

In speeding up the construction of new countryside in Henan,we should give full play to the positive role of rural music culture.Aiming at the problems of Henan rural music culture construction,currently there are following problems to be solved：the lack of deep understanding of the significance of rural cultural construction,music confusion in management mechanism and mode of development backwardness,lack of talent music and music creation and barren.We should establish a scientific management mechanism,form an industrial development model,and provide a solid guarantee for talents so as to promote the development of rural music culture in Henan province.
