XI Jinping's Speech at the Forum on Literature and Art Work and the Construction of Literary Theory with Chinese Characteristics

习近平总书记在《在文艺工作座谈会上的讲话》中,对文艺的地位、本质、规律、问题、发展动力、发展途径等,做出一系列新的论述,高屋建瓴,内涵丰富,为构建中国特色文艺理论确立了明确的指导思想,搭建了核心的理论框架。其论述主要包含6个方面:一是地位与作用:"文艺是时代前进的号角";二是文艺的属性:"人民的文艺";三是文艺的灵魂:"中国精神";四是评价标准:"思想性、艺术性、观赏性有机统一";五是文艺批评:"褒优贬劣、激浊扬清";六是党与文艺的关系:"党性与人民性、政治立场与创作自由统一"。

Based on the current general trend of China and the world,General Secretary XI Jinping＇s Speech at the Forum on Literary and Artistic Work clearly establishes the guiding ideology for the construction of literary theory with Chinese characteristics and designs a core theoretical framework at the literature and art＇s position,essence,law,problems,the development＇s drive and ways etc.from the national rejuvenation and the realization of the Chinese dream.This is mainly reflected in six aspects.The first aspect is about the status and role：art is the horn of the advance of the times;Secondly,the nature of literature and art：it is the people＇s literature and art;Thirdly,the soul of literature and art：it is about Chinese spirit;Fourthly,the evaluation criteria：it is the organic unification of ideology,artistry and appreciation;Fifthly,literary criticism：praise merits and degrade inferiority,castigate the bad and extol the good;Sixthly,the relationship between the Party and literature and art：it is the unity of Party spirit and people,political stance and freedom of creation.
