血清肾素-血管紧张素系统与帕金森病抑郁症状的相关性 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨帕金森病(PD)患者血清肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS)水平及与抑郁症状的相关性。方法选择30例PD患者为观察组,同期行健康体检的30例体检者为对照组。采用ELISA法测定两组受检者血清血管紧张素(Ang)Ⅰ、AngⅡ、Ang(1-7)、血管紧张素转化酶(ACE)、ACE2水平;采用Beck抑郁自评问卷、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)综合评定患者的抑郁症状;分析抑郁评分与血清RAS水平的相关性。结果观察组血清AngⅠ、AngⅡ、Ang(1-7)水平均低于对照组(均P<0.05);两组受检者ACE、ACE2比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。观察组患者Be c k评分、HAMD评分与AngⅠ、AngⅡ、Ang(1-7)均呈负相关(均P<0.05)。结论 PD患者中血清AngⅠ、AngⅡ、Ang(1-7)水平均明显降低,且与抑郁症状存在相关性。
