摘要
开展不同硒处理对单生朝天椒果实硒含量及品质影响的试验。试验结果表明,叶面喷施净硒含量在0~0.985 9 mg/株时,单生朝天椒果实有机硒含量随外源硒使用量增加而增加,但果实有机硒转化率却随外源硒使用量的增加先升后降;单生朝天椒果实有机硒转化率最大时,其喷净硒含量在0.985 9~1.274 1 mg/株。综合考虑施硒量、果实含硒量、有机硒转化率、VC、蛋白质、辣椒素、二氢辣椒素以及膳食适宜供给量等,处理Ⅳ(喷净硒含量0.985 9 mg/株)效果最佳。
The test of single-bearing pod pepper was carried out with different selenium treatments. The results showed that the content of organic selenium in the fruit of single-bearing pod pepper was increased while the application amount of exterior-source inorganic selenium increased, but the conversion rate of organic selenium in fruit was increased firstly and then decreased when the net selenium content of foliar application was 0-0.985 9 rag. When the conversion rate of organic selenium in fruit was the highest, the net selenium content of foliar application was 0.985 9-1.274 1 rag. Comprehensive considering the amount of applying selenium, selenium content in fruit, conversion rate of organic selenium, vitamin C, protein, capsaicin, dihydrocapsaicin and the proper feeding amount of diet, etc, the treatment IV (net amount of applying selenium was 0.985 9 mg) had best effect.
