手法推拿联合针灸治疗老年颈性眩晕的效果及对椎-基底动脉血流动力学的影响

Effect of Manipulation and Massage Combined with Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Cervical Vertigo in the Elderly and Its Effect on Vertebrobasilar Artery Hemodynamics

目的:观察颈性眩晕老年患者临床以针灸、手法推拿联合治疗的效果以及椎基底动脉血流动力学变化的情况。方法:以某院康复科于2014年2月~2016年7月期间收治的120例颈性眩晕老年患者为研究对象,按随机排列表法将患者分为两组,其中对比组58例(行针灸治疗),观察组62例(加用手法推拿),对两组颈性眩晕疾病治疗效果进行评估,观察治疗前后患者椎基底动脉血流动力学变化情况,比较治疗前后患者眩晕评分变化。结果:观察组治疗率为96.8%,与对比组87.9%比较,观察组治疗效果好,P<0.05;治疗后观察组椎基底动脉血液流动力学改善效果优于对比组,P<0.05。结论:临床对老年颈性眩晕者以针灸、手法推拿联合治疗,其眩晕症状改善良好,椎基底动脉血供恢复好,疗效高。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of manipulation and massage combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on cervical vertigo in the elderly and its effect on vertebrobasilar artery hemodynamics.Methods：120 elderly patients with cervical vertigo treated in a hospital from February 2014 to July 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group（58 cases）and observation group（62 cases）.The control group received the acupuncture therapy;the observation group received the acupuncture therapy and manipulation therapy.The clinical effect,vertebrobasilar artery hemodynamics and vertigo score in the two groups were evaluated.Results：The clinical effective rate for observation group（96.8%）was higher than control group（87.9%）（P〈0.05）;After treatment,the improvement of vertebrobasilar artery hemodynamics in the observation group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The acupuncture therapy and manipulation therapy has an obvious effect in elderly patients with cervical vertigo,can improve the clinical symptoms and recover the blood supply of vertebrobasilar artery.
