探讨腹腔镜下阑尾切除术与传统阑尾切除术的治疗效果

Effect of Laparoscopic Appendectomy and Traditional Appendectomy

目的:分析腹腔镜下阑尾切除术与传统阑尾切除术的治疗效果。方法:2014年10月~2017年5月于某院就诊的60例阑尾炎患者,按照治疗方法分为观察组和对照组,对照组选择传统阑尾切除术,观察组选择腹腔镜下阑尾切除术,比较两组治疗效果。结果:(1)观察组并发症发生率6.66%低于对照组29.99%(P<0.05);(2)观察组手术用时多于对照组(P<0.05),术中出血量、肛门排气用时、下床用时以及止痛药使用率短于或低于对照组(P<0.05);(3)观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:和传统阑尾切除术相比较而言,腹腔镜下阑尾切除术切口较小,此治疗方法不会对患者美观造成严重影响,同时可减少患者恢复用时。

Objective：To analyze the effect of laparoscopic appendectomy and traditional appendectomy.Methods：60 cases of patients with appendicitis treated in a hospital from October 2014 to May 2017 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to treatment methods.The control group was given traditional appendectomy,and the observation group received laparoscopic appendectomy,then the treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results：（1）The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.66%,which was lower than that in the control group（29.99%,P〈0.05）;（2）The operation time of observation group was longer than that in the control group（P〈0.05）,the amount of bleeding,anal exhaust time,ambulation time,analgesic use rate were shorter or lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）;（3）The total efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Compared with traditional appendectomy,laparoscopic appendectomy has less incision,laparoscopic appendectomy has a smaller incision,which will not seriously affect the beauty of the patients and reduce the recovery time of the patients.
