中心静脉导管连接两种不同引流瓶治疗创伤性血胸临床比较

Clinical Comparison of Central Venous Catheter Connecting Two Different Drainage Bottle in the Treatment of Traumatic Hemothorax

目的:评价使用中心静脉导管连接不同的引流瓶行胸腔闭式引流治疗创伤性血胸的临床疗效。方法:2016年1月~2017年2月在某院处置的创伤性血胸30例,随机分为中心静脉导管接水封瓶闭式引流组(n=14例、水封瓶组)和中心静脉导管接负压瓶闭式引流组(n=16例、负压瓶组),对两组平均置管时间、切口愈合时间、切口感染率进行分析比较。结果:负压瓶组平均置管时间、切口愈合时间、切口感染率均较水封瓶组低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中心静脉导管接负压瓶闭式引流治疗创伤性血胸在临床应用具有明显优势,值得推广使用。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect of central venous catheter connecting different drainage bottle in the treatment of traumatic hemothorax.Methods：30 cases of patients with traumatic hemothorax treated in a hospital from January 2016 to February 2017 were randomly divided into central venous catheter connecting a water seal bottle closed drainage group（water seal bottle group,n=14）and the central venous catheter connecting negative pressure bottle closed drainage group（negative pressure bottle group,n=16）.The average insertion time,the wound healing time,wound infection rate in the two groups were compared.Results：The average indwelling time,wound healing time and incision infection rate in the negative pressure bottle group were lower than those in the water seal bottle group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The central venous catheter connected with the negative pressure bottle closed drainage in the treatment of traumatic hemothorax has obvious advantages in clinical application,which is worthy of promotion and application.
