对局限性肾肿瘤患者实施腹腔镜下肾肿瘤剜除术的临床治疗效果观察

Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic Enucleation of Renal Tumors in Patients with Localized Renal Tumors

目的:研究在局限性肾肿瘤治疗中采取腹腔镜下肾肿瘤剜除术的价值以及临床效果。方法:研究对象为某院自2015年11月~2016年11月期间收治的局限性肾肿瘤患者16例,分两组每组8例患者,将采取开放性肾部分切除术患者作为研究参照组,将实行腹腔镜下肾肿瘤剜除术患者作为研究实验组,分析对比两组局限性肾肿瘤患者经不同手术之后各项指标情况。结果:实验组局限性肾肿瘤术中出血量(109.65±5.68)ml、手术时间(169.56±5.64)min、并发症发生率12.5%对比参照组术中出血量(256.32±6.35)ml、手术时间(239.65±5.87)min、并发症发生率62.5%,差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:将腹腔镜下肾肿瘤剜除术应用在局限性肾肿瘤患者治疗中效果显著,可以降低出血量,缩短手术时间,具备广泛应用的价值。

Objective：To study the clinical effect of laparoscopic enucleation of renal tumors in patients with localized renal tumors.Methods：16 patients with localized renal tumors treated in a hospital from November 2015 to November 2016 were selected and divided into two groups,with 8 patients in each group.Open partial nephrectomy was used in the reference group and laparoscopic enucleation of renal tumor was performed in the experimental group,then the various indexes after different operation in two groups of patients with localized renal tumor were compared and analyzed.Results：In the experimental group,the amount of intraoperative bleeding was（109.65±5.68）ml,the operative time was（169.56±5.64）min,the incidence of complications was 12.5%;In the reference group,the volume of intraoperative bleeding was（256.32±6.35）ml,the operative time was（239.65±5.87）min,and the incidence of complications was 62.5%;The differences between the two groups was significant,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Laparoscopic enucleation of renal tumors is effective in the treatment of localized renal tumors.It can reduce the amount of blood loss and shorten the operation time,and has wide application value.
