金刚藤胶囊联合复方沙棘籽油栓治疗慢性宫颈炎疗效及对血清炎症因子水平的影响

Curative Effect of Jingangteng Capsules Combined with Compound Shajiziyou Suppository on Chronic Cervicitis and Its Effect on Levels of Serum Inflammatory Factors

目的:探讨金刚藤胶囊与复方沙棘籽油栓联合应用于慢性宫颈炎中的治疗效果,并分析这种治疗方式对患者炎症因子的影响。方法:纳入某院收治的慢性宫颈炎患者600例,按照随机数字表分成治疗组与对照组各300例,对照组为常规治疗(阿奇霉素),治疗组采用金刚藤胶囊联合复方沙棘籽油栓治疗,比较两组治疗效果、炎症因子(IL-1、IL-6、IL-10)与不良反应。结果:治疗组有效率为98.00%,较对照组的87.33%更高,两组比较有差异(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后的IL-6、IL-1低于对照组,IL-10高于对照组,组间对比有差异性(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应率为1.67%,较对照组的1.33%无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:慢性宫颈炎患者采用金刚藤胶囊与复方沙棘籽油栓结合治疗,能减轻炎症反应,提升疗效,用药安全,值得临床推广。

Objective：To investigate the curative effect of Jingangteng capsules combined with Compound Shajiziyou Suppository on chronic cervicitis and to analyze the effect on levels of serum inflammatory factors.Methods：A total of 600 patients with chronic cervicitis treated in a hospital were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group according to random number table,with 300 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment（azithromycin）,while the treatment group were treated with Jingangteng capsules combined with compound Shajiziyou suppository.The curative effect,inflammatory factors（IL-1,IL-6,IL-10）and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results：The effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group（98.00% vs 87.33%）（P〈0.05）.After treatment,levels of IL-6 and IL-1 were lower and IL-10 level was higher in the treatment groups than those in the control group,and there was significant difference between groups（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（1.67%vs 1.33%）（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Jingangteng capsules combined with compound Shajiziyou suppository can reduce inflammation,improve curative effect and safety of medication,which is worthy of clinical popularization.
