丙卡特罗联合孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Procaterol Combined with Montelukast Sodium in the Treatment of Cough Variant Asthma in Children

目的:总结丙卡特罗联合孟鲁司特钠对儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的影响,分析丙卡特罗联合孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的价值。方法:选取2015年1月~2017年1月间某院诊治的儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘病例158例,依据治疗方案分为研究组(丙卡特罗联合孟鲁司特钠治疗)、对照组(丙卡特罗联合酮替芬治疗)各79例,对比分析治疗前后患儿肺功能和哮喘控制评分改变。结果:治疗后,研究组FEV1、FVC、PEF50、ACT评分、哮喘总控制率(93.67%)均高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计意义。结论:丙卡特罗联合孟鲁司特钠利于儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘肺功能改善、提高哮喘控制效果,对患儿预后有促进性作用,是较为安全、可靠、高效的儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘治疗方式。

Objective：To summarize the effect of procaterol combined with montelukast sodium on cough variant asthma in children in children and to analyze the value of procaterol combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of cough variant asthma in children.Methods：158 cases of children with cough variant asthma treated in a hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected and divided into study group（treatment of procaterol combined with montelukast sodium）and control group（treatment of procaterol combined with ketotifen）according to the treatment plan,with 79 cases in each group.The changes of the scores of pulmonary function and asthma control in children before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results：After treatment,the scores of FEV1,FVC,PEF50,ACT and the total control rate of asthma（93.67%）in the study group were higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion：Procaterol combined with montelukast sodium can improve the lung function of children with cough variant asthma,improve the control effect of asthma,and promote the prognosis of children,which is a safe,reliable and effective treatment for cough variant asthma in children.
