常规治疗联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛对反流性食管炎的疗效

Efficacy of Routine Therapy Combined with Flupentixol Melitracen in the Treatment of Reflux Esophagitis

目的:对常规治疗联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛对反流性食管炎的临床效果进行分析。方法:从某院2016年1月~2017年1月期间收治的反流性食管炎患者中抽取62例,随机分为研究组与对照组。对照组使用常规治疗方式,研究组使用常规治疗联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛,对比两组患者临床效果、治疗前后焦虑与抑郁情况、不良反应情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者HAMA评分HAMD评分差异不明显(P>0.05),治疗后研究组HAMA评分HAMD评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗反流性食管炎时使用常规治疗联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛方式,临床效果较好,有助于改善患者抑郁心理,能够广泛使用。

Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of routine treatment combined with flupentixol melitracen in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.Methods：62 patients with reflux esophagitis treated in a hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were divided into the study group and the control group.The control group was given regular treatment,and the study group was treated with conventional therapy combined with flupentixol melitracen.The clinical effects,anxiety and depression,adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results：The total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in HAMA and HAMD scores between the two groups（P〉0.05）.The HAMA score and HAMD score of the study group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In the treatment of reflux esophagitis,the routine therapy combined with flupentixol melitracen has a good clinical effect,which is helpful to improve the depression of the patients and can be widely used.
