多囊卵巢综合征患者胰岛素抵抗药物治疗的临床研究

Clinical Study of Insulin Resistance Drug Therapy in Patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的:探讨对多囊卵巢综合征患者行胰岛素抵抗药物治疗的临床效果。方法:将2015年12月~2016年12月某院收治的84例多囊卵巢综合征患者作为研究对象,随机分为联合组和单一组各42例。联合组行二甲双胍+氯米芬联合治疗,单一组仅行氯米芬治疗,观察并比较两组血清黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、睾酮(T)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)以及雌激素(E2)变化情况、恢复排卵率以及不良反应发生几率。结果:联合组LF、FSH、T、HOMA-IR以及E2水平均优于单一组,联合组排卵恢复率34例(80.95%)显著高于单一组20例(47.62%),联合组不良反应发生几率4例(9.52%)显著低于单一组14例(33.33%),P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:对多囊卵巢综合征患者行二甲双胍+氯米芬联合治疗,不仅能够在一定程度上改善LH、FSH、睾酮以及胰岛素水平,同时还能够恢复正常排卵率。

Objective：To study the clinical effect of insulin resistance drug therapy in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods：84 cases of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome treated in a hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into joint group and single group,with 42 cases in each group.The joint group was given combination treatment with metformin and clomiphene,and the single group was only given clomiphene treatment,then the serum luteinizing hormone（LH）,follicle-stimulating hormone（FSH）,testosterone（T）,the index of insulin resistance（HOMA IR）and the change of estrogen（E2）,restore ovulation rate and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared.Results：The levels of LF,FSH,T,HOMA-IR and E2 in the joint group were better than those in the single group.The recovery rate of ovulation in the joint group（34 cases,80.95%）was significantly higher than that in the single group（20 cases,47.62%）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the joint group（4 cases,9.52%）was significantly lower than that in the single group（14 cases,33.33%）（P〈0.05）.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion：Application of metformin and clomiphene in the treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome can not only improve the levels of LH,FSH,testosterone and insulin to a certain extent,but also can return to normal ovulation rate at the same time.
