分析细节管理在重症监护室医院感染控制管理中的应用

Application of Detail Management in Hospital Infection Control Management in Intensive Care Unit

目的:分析细节管理在重症监护室医院感染控制管理中的应用。方法:选取某院2015年5月~2016年6月的140例患者,分为研究组和参照组,参照组实施常规护理,研究组实施细节管理,对比分析两组患者相关指标评分和护理满意度。结果:研究组患者相关指标评分等均显著高于参照组,组间对比差异性显著(P<0.05);研究组护理总满意率为96%,参照组护理总满意率为61.33%,经统计学对比分析差异有意义(P<0.05)。结论:细节管理应用在重症监护室对医院感染控制管理的作用显著,具有较高的临床应用和实践价值。

Objective：To analyze the application of ddetail management in hospital infection control management in intensive care unit.Methods：140 patients treated in a hospital from May 2015 to June 2016 were selected and divided into research group and control group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the research group was given detail management,then the related index score and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results：The scores of related indexes in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）.The total satisfaction rate of the study group was 96%,and the total satisfaction rate of the control group was 61.33%,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application of detail management in intensive care unit has a significant effect on hospital infection control management and has high clinical application and practical value.
