会阴侧切皮内缝合与外缝的临床效果对比及护理体会

Clinical Effect Comparison and Nursing Experience of Perineal Lateral Incision Suture and External Suture

目的:对比研究会阴侧切皮内缝合与外缝治疗的临床效果,并总结护理体会。方法:选取某院收治的行会阴侧切皮内缝合孕产妇80例作为内缝合组,同期行会阴侧切皮外缝合孕产妇80例作为外缝合组,均采取细心的护理,比较两组临床效果。结果:内缝合组切口疼痛程度轻于外缝合组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);内缝合组伤口愈合甲级率100.00%,外缝合组甲级率100.00%,两组孕产妇伤口愈合甲级率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:会阴侧切皮内缝合明显优于外缝合,配合精心的临床护理可保证较低的切口感染率和较快的切口恢复时间,减轻产妇痛苦。

Objective：To compare the clinical effects of perineal lateral incision suture and external suture,and to summarize the nursing experience.Methods：80 cases of patients with perineal intradermal suture treated in a hospital were selected as internal suture group,and 80 cases of patients with perineal lateral external suture in the same period were selected as external suture group.the same period line episiotomy suture skin 80 cases of pregnant women were taken as the suture group.All patients were given careful nursing care,and the clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results：The degree of incision pain in the internal suture group was less than that in the external suture group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The rate of wound healing in the internal suture group was 100%,while that in the external suture group was 100%.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the first grade rate of wound healing between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Perineal lateral incision is better than external suture,and careful clinical nursing can ensure lower incision infection rate and faster incision recovery time,and relieve maternal pain.
